Quality Assurance (QA) Policy Statement
The aim of QA programmed for every project is to give confidence fo VEHEMENT OIL TOOLS LIMITED clients that contract codes, specifications and quality requirements shall be achieved.
Our QA programmed is designed to meet requirement of Quality Assurance International Standards and any additional requirement of the contract.
Our QA programmer covers all project activities affecting quality (Namely: engineering, procurement, inspection, management, construction and installations) together with relevant documentations.
VEHEMENT OIL TOOLS LIMITED QA programmed covered by our QA program is carried out withinh a system where organizational structures, functional responsibilities, interface reporting and communication lines are clearly defined. Futhermore, such activities are documented through adequate procedure.
All personnel are responsible for the quality of the work they carryout. The project manager is responsible for the implementation of the contractual QA program.
The Quality Assurance Department verifies the implementation of our QA program and evaluates its adequacy to realize established quality objectives.
The scope of our Quality Assurance activities for every project is mainly to:
- Ensure that procedures and instructions are issued for the performance of all erquired.
- Ensure, by qualified inspectors, that the work is carried out to required quality. Demonstrate by documentation that the work has been carried out and inspected to the required quality.
- Training is provided for all personnel performing special tasks, example welding and NDT. They are qualified by testing and inspections organizations.
- Records of such qualifications are to be maintained by VEHEMENT OIL TOOLS LIMITED's records department.
